I’ve fallen into one of my slumps but I’m back and trying to get myself on track again. I’m starting a new journey called the 100 Days back to Self – A self love journey. My intention for this journey is to reconnect with myself, and get grounded again. With life in general I feel like we live in this age with influencers, and the media trying to sway us in all kinds of direction that we loose our selves, and can’t tune in with out own intuition. This journey is about tuning into myself, blocking out the noise, and really feeling whole and happy without the need for any external validation. The journey incorporates one daily self love activity which will be different each day, a weekly activity, a daily mantra, meditation, working out, and mindful eating and the ultimate goal over the next 100 days is to basically create good habits that will stick with me for a lifetime and to silence that negative inner critic we all have that likes to deliver nothing but doubt and sad news. I don’t ever want to loose myself again. So cheers to me, to day is Day 1.
